Hi everyone,

Finally going to be weighed tomorrow with the Nurse - I've been on them since May and not had a weigh in as the doctor just prescribed me them with 3 repeats and never said anything about seeing the nurse every month, so as the repeat is finished I spoke to the nurse and she said the doctor should have told me to get weighed monthly - so after this long I'm finally going to find out how much I've lost :D

By my scales it's over a stone but I'll be pleased to find out for definate.

Hope she gives me another month.

Will let you all know how I got on Thursday. :ok:

    Thanks BM,

Think I'll die if my weight hasn't gone down - still I'm fitting into old things I've not worn for years so I must have lost something

    Hey!

Don't forget, if you are exercising too your muscles will be toning up and could very well make you weigh heavier or not show the weight loss on the scales.
