i've had AF for 4 years now but a recent X-ray showed lung congestion which they think is being caused by the heart. I also get excesdive facial sweating - does anyone else suffer these symptoms. Also I am breathless going uphills and stairs which is a new development although I can walk miles on the flat. When is AF just AF & not a heart attack?
