Atrial flutter.... Feeling of tremoring in heart area for last 2 weeks off and on

I have been feeling fluttering/tremoring feeling in my heart area for a cpl weeks on and off... I notice it alot when I am resting on couch .... I am wondering if this is from the flutter or maybe stress related

    I also notice that. My Ectopic beats and consequent AFIB comes on when I am at rest. I have low pulse so when I am at rest it triggers Afib, I notice

    Hi guys, I have PAF for about 5 years which it used to manifest once every 6 months. But lately it has become a daily occurrence. I am very worried because my life has changed completely. I got made redundant last October and I have not been able to get a job, so lots of stresses which may be the cause of these regular Afibs epidoses. I am waiting to see a specialist but here in London the waiting is higher than other places.....

    I have A-Fib and was cardio converted in Feb, i'm in rythem but sometimes feel the flutters, dr said not afib just flutters.  I think sometimes too much sugar might get it going also caffeine, try to limit that and maybe even omit it from your diet.
