Atrophic vaginitis and vit e

Hi everyone, just reading on some old posts about vitamin E for atrophic vaginitis. is anyone still following this, or anyone been using it that can give me advice ? I'm desperate as i'm 63 and been using vagifem out of desperation as it is making my life a misery. and it helped for a while, but not now. I have just read an interesting genuine medical study that showed real success with vitamin E compared with the vagifem etc. Anyone had success with this? I'm desperate to know. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I use the 400IU of vitamin E capsules daily. i break them open and use the oil externally and internally (together with coconut oil) with no negative reaction at all. It has not cured the VA but it does ease my symptoms. Good luck.

    I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH VAGIFEM IT WAS until my gyn suggested that I USE IT ONCE AWEEK THEN THE BURNING CAME BACK IAM GOING TO USE IT TWICE A WEEK tegardless of what she said.

    as for vitamin e it didn't help me but I KEEP TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS
