HI ECHO I've been taking ATrovent along with VEntoline one after the other for a long time, sometimes it works sometimes like today it does'nt! Ihave them both in inhalers and again in nebuliser form where they are mixed togather. I also take Spiriva and Budesnonide but I don't really know whatworks for me. Some days my breathing is not too bad and the next day its crap although I have'nt done anything different.. Can't make head or tail of it . If I can be ofany help let me know. After nearly 15 years of COPD (and the rest)I've tried and tested most medication. AT least I'm still here! Best wishes CaroleAtrovent

 Hi Echo, now why did I think u were a man! Apparently one can have COPD in their 20s so you are not too young. Do you know if it is mild, moderate or severe. Your Fev1 will give you a good idea. You need a spirometry test for this. Let me know if I can be of further help anytime. RegardsCARole
