attention of Administrator

I wish to,complain to the administrator of this page! and I would  like a reaponse please. AS you know this page is for people with Vestibular Vertigo and related symptoms.  However your choice of advertisments as per the Video which is showing just now with flashing lights is,totally inappropriate.

ANyone who knows about these comditions should understand how this kind of thing can set off, aggravate,,and exacerbate symptoms and have an Adverse effect.

Think more thought and consideration needs to be given to people using your site. Thank you. I look forward to your response as i know you monitor the pages for posts that do not adhere to your rules

1: it sends advertisements per your recent search inquiry

2: just looking at this screen is a trigger by scrolling up and down and reading back and fourth is as well

3: it is a FREE site,

I am not an administrative person but understand the mechanism behind the scenes of IT

Good luck on your journey and don't trigger yourself with undue stress. 🤖

Well Justin Beiber wld not be anywhere near my search history No.1

no.2  we all have different levels,of trigger. Scrolling isnt a biggie for me,but flashing lights, and fast movements are.

      All,sites are 'FREE'

and last but not least my eyes wld be less stressed if the Moderators paid attention and actually, responded.

I don't get any adverts because I have an adblocker on my pc. It is uBlock Origin but I'm sure there are alternatives.

Just looked and it is telling me that it is blocking 8 requests on this page alone! Try and see if you can install one, or you might already have one and just need to kick it into action. It is very good.

I'll,have a look, tx. I'm on ipad, so not sure,if it works. But my point yo Patient UK is that they shouldnt have video ads with flashing lights etc on a page like, this!

    Hi Gillian,

I will pass this feedback on to the relevant team and will post back with their reply. If you do have feedback about the site there is a Contact/Feedback link in the footer. You are more likely to get a quicker response using that for general feedback as I do not read every post and may be away. Alternatively if you do post something like this then after posting use the Report link on the discussion to ensure I do see it.

    Regards,

    Alan

Tx. I didnt know the 'report' link was for that use, thought it was to report a post for one reason or the other. Never looked at the very bottom to see the feedback part tbh. It would be better if it was mOre prominent at the top of page though..
