I recently have been getting alot of auras (Not the full migraine) I'm not sure what are the triggers (definitely light) plus no doubt the menopause but I have had a few on waking, I just wondered how common that was to wake up to one.

Mine are different but tend to be outside my home. Open spaces and inside shopping centres, hospital's etc. Vision disturbance, dizzyness and my leg gives way. Always the righthand side. And like you the headache part doesn't always follow now. X
