Autoimmune Diagnosis: Questing Relationship with the now frequent dx of "autoimmune disorders

I am questioning the now frequent dx of "autoimmune disorders" and the use of mRNA/DNA technology. Is it just possible our bodies are being turned on themselves as a means to control health and illness in society at large ? A lot of what I am hearing as a newly dx autoimmune disorders seems more like symptoms/ side effects being treated as a new disease entity instead of connecting the dots between symptom and causative agent . Is "Heathcare " really about Care of Our Health anymore ? This is a serious question and not a bit of nonsense . I came upon this question as I was researching my own mis- diagnosis with Hypothyroid that totally up ended my life and total health.
