Anyone can talk about being diagnosed with AIH with fatty liver and cirrohis

    Hi Canessa. I have a scared liver not fatty or cirrhosis.  My doctor informed me that penicillin which I am allergic to caused the scarring. Prednisolone for 4 weeks, Azathioprine for a year. Do not need drugs for my liver now as blood tests have improved. Hoping you are better.

      Thank you for that they are telling me now i have cirrhosis because of AIH i am still in shock an disbelief i increased my imuran to 100 mg a day an my liver ast an alt are finally improving with a new doctor i changed my diet completly lost over 60 pounds do not drink smoke or do drugs an am upset with this diagnoses
