Autoimmune or not?

Hello, my name is Raj . I hope everything is going well for everyone. This will be a lengthy storey.

It all started a year ago with a sore throat, which I checked with an ENT specialist about, and he prescribed antibiotics, which didn't work. He then inserted a camera in my mouth and told me I had reflux disease, despite the fact that I had never experienced reflux before. Anyway, I was on medicines for two months at the time, and during that time I developed a severe headache and began to experience bladder difficulties, including indications of a UTI infection. I began to have acidic burps like reflux. At the time, I was also suffering from lower back pain. For a urinary problem, I consulted a urologist, and for throat and reflux concerns, I saw a gastroenterologist.

I had a urine test done, and it revealed that I have an echoli infection. I was given two weeks of antibiotics as well as a CT scan of my kidney and urinary tract. My ct indicates I don't have pblm, and antibiotics haven't worked. So my urologist advised me to see an orthopedist or a neurosurgeon.

My gastroenterologist performed an endoscopy and found no problems. He, like my previous doctors, put me on ppi.As my urologist recommended that I went to ortho after a month.

He did an x-ray and discovered that uric acid had built up in your bones. It's hardly surprising, given that I've previously been diagnosed with gout.

I was enrolled in a one-week course. Nothing made a difference. Other symptoms began to appear, including jaw pain and popping, chest bone pain, burning eyes and urine, nerve pain in the back of my right leg, as well as exhaustion. He diagnosed me with autoimmune disease and put me on NSAIDs for two months with no improvement. He then gave me a blood test to do.

Last week, I went to an experienced doctor because my family insisted on getting a second opening, and he told me that I didn't have AI disease, but rather vitamin and calcium insufficiency.

My ra factor is negative, and I'm not sure which path to take or which specialist to see.

Symptoms that are currently present

  1. Throat pain if I speak for a long time, or even if I don't speak at all.
  2. pain in the chest bone
  3. Sharp abdominal pain primarily in the upper right and left. The same thing is happening in the rear as well.
  4. lower back pain
  5. Nerve discomfort in the right leg
  6. Stool with blood (4 times so far)
  7. a lot of burping, some of it acidic
  8. The throat resembles scratched meat.
  9. I've have urinary problems such as not feeling my bladder empty after peeing.
  10. jaw poping sound when opening jaw
  11. When I take a deep inhale, I hear a click sound in chest.

Any feedback is welcome. If anyone has had a similar situation to mine, please guide me.
