In autopsy report reason of death was this, "Coronary artery disease with left lung consolidation with fatty liver ." Please help me sort this what was the reason that he died so young?

I am so sorry about your friend. It looks like he probably died of a heart attack. They tend to list all the symptoms that might have contributed to the death. It is really bad luck to die so young of heart problems.

Thank you, for the reply but i wonder why did he vomit? And what about liver and lung in report?

Nausea or vomiting is a good predictor of heart attack. Nausea and vomiting have long been recognized as common gastrointestinal manifestations of acute cardiac pain.

A fatty liver over time can build up problems and can lead to liver failure when the liver stops functioning. Was your friend overweight? Did he drink? Did he have a bad diet?

Pneumonia is often the cause for lung consolidation. This can sometimes be fatal.

raja, may he rest in peace and may you hold only the happiest memories close to your heart. A life is more worthwhile if someone can remeber us when we are gone and smile in our memory.

    I second what ptolemy said.

Your friend had 3 serious conditions, each of which were potentially deadly - coronary artery problems, fatty liver that can lead to liver failure and also lung consolidation meaning he had damaged lungs. His overall condition may be a result of any combination of poor lifestyle and diet, bad genes (that in reference to his heart issue), some chronic or neglected illness, alcohol or drug abuse (including taking medication for any condition). Whatever the case he was not in good shape overall.

I also want to mention that whatever you find, why he died is no longer important. What is left of him is what you remember and feel for him. Honour that and wishing you and his family an easy journey through this shock and grief.
