AV & Fibroids

My recent MRI of the abdomen and pelvic showed I have got fibroids.  Got results from GP but have not heard from consulatant yet it is going on 4th week.  The MRI was requested because I had a show of brown discharge tiny bits and ultra sound showed thickening of the lining of the womb.  I thought I was going to have the camera inside but they opted for MRI. I am a bit concerned what are the options for fibroids I am 67 yrs.  GP thinks may be no treatment if it is not bothering me.  I am just wondering whether AV can be aggraved by fibroids.  At the moment GP wants to prescribe ovestin for the AV but  have declined as I can put up with the discomfort now that I know there is nothing  sinister going on.  Any of you ladies suffering from fibroids and av at the same time.  Thanks

    Hi Marie. I buy activ balance which comes in a box of ten pessaries which have hyauloronic acid in them which supposed to help with the thinning. I also alternate between coconut oil extra virgin and started taking Evening Primrose Oil and sometimes break the capsule and spread it on the intimate parts which are dry internally and externally. I use the Yes oil based lube which can be used either with or without sexual intercourse. Bought this off stress no more which can be googled.
