Average urine void size for men?

I have managed to train my bladder to hold more and send signals that i need void later.

I have chronic prostititis and it is awful.

At one point my average void was between 75-125mls. At the moment it is between 235-400mls. Sometimes i worry that when i go 400mls im damaging my bladder by holding way too much. is this the case or an I being too paranoid. This condition has completely changed me and i dont know whats normal anymore.

    hi im having frequency as well due to using catheter for too long

    can you elaborate as to how you trained bladder to hold more please?

    i feel urgency pain when i hold much

      Can I ask why you had to use a catheter as it all depends on what caused the frequency

      i used foley catheter for almost one year due to urinary retention from BPH

      i got five different treatment options

      i delayed

      finally did green light laser but catheter use affected my bladder
