hi everyone

i stupidly dropped 20 mg cit to 10 for 2 weeks then dropped the 10.

absolute wrong thing to do!

ive been back on 10 mg for 1 week, feeling better but still not right, anxiety and flu like symptoms.

should i stick with the 10 or go back to 20mg. AGONISING

wish id never messed with it.

Are you trying to come off the medication? Because it looks like you haven't tapered correctly so that's why you're possibly having these horrible withdrawal symptoms. Have you spoken with your doctor? If you were on 20mg before then maybe that's the mg you need, however 10mg should take the edge off eventually, but you'll likely still feel a bit wobbly for a little longer whilst your body levels out on the medication changes.

When I came off before my doctor told me to just drop 1 tablet the first week, 2 tablets the 2nd week and 3 tablets the 3rd week and so on.... I had absolutely no withdrawal symptoms at all. But the most common and I think prefered/safe way is to cut your tablets down gradually and do a slow taper especially if you have found you have reacted like this....
