azathioprin & applauding tablets for crohns

Hi, I have just been put on the above two lots of tablets to take alongside steroids and salzapyrine and calcium tablets. I have been reading the side effects and im a bit nervous. Is anyone else taking these, any suggestions tips or advice, getting so fed up with it all, if these don't work ill be getting injections or an open 😲 so would really like to see some positive results!!! Thanks for reading x

    I've been on azathrioprine since march and haven't had any side effects!x

    I think your spellchecker has altered a few words Nicola so it's not too clear what meds you are on.

    Sorry yes, spell checker....they are called Allopurinol used for gout mainly I think but doctor said it should relieve some of the symptoms from the Azathioprine? These on top of steroids and Salvadoran. Thanks x
