B12 after effects

i have just had my second 12 week injection but still dont have normal sensation in my hands. it feels like tingling sensation. any body have these symptoms ?

    I get pins and needles in both my hands and complete numbness at times too.

    I've just had my first loading dose today.

    How's your hands now after a few more days?

      thank you for taking the time to respond. Hands still not right. Its not pins n needles just a strange tingly sensation. Its been 6 months since my diagnosis and it makes me feel low. Mine was complicated by me going to bed for 5/6 days due to tiredness and got muscle wastage too.
