hi has anyone here ever had vitamin b12 deficiency. I was told I'm deficient in b12 by a nutritionist after her having a look at my blood test results... the MCH on my results is high which indicates this. but my doctor wouldn't wouldn't me. I nor sure why as he knows I'm having horrible symptoms and putting it down to anxiety. also she's telling me I have subclinical Hypothyrpdism feet recently having an over active thyroid.. I wouldn't have known this had I not gotten a copy of my blood results. my symptoms are numbness. weakness. feeling faint. why do doctors not tell people this.?? I'm really struggling and if it wasn't fir her I wouldn't even know and keep thinking it's anxiety like my doctor said. I am severe anxiety anxiety the moment because of all of this. i need advice and what to do. and I need someone to tell me these these symptoms are part of the low b12 and the thyroid aswell as anxiety. 7 months after having baby and this is still happening and I'm loosing my mind 😭

Low B12 and thyroid can cause your anxiety to get worse. If you're in the UK download Airmid UK app and register (unless you already have online NHS acc) you can see all your medical history there and test results.
