B12 high level

hello

i've been recently testing for b12 deficiency and to my surprise i've got back a really high value, around 1500. i' ve bern taking a suppliment of 500 mcg b12 in the last two months (also tooked it the night before testing), since i've been feeling really tired latly and have a low feritin(12). could this supplimentation impact soo much the test results?! have you experienced such high values while taking b12 suppliments?
