hi Jaynee I can't find discussions on here.  I just bought a new bottle of B6 and noticed this one has a bigger dosage.  What dosage is the best?  I bought 250 mg and was using 100 mg.  Thank you and have a nice weekend ladies!  Keep smiling! 😊😊😊😊 I'm trying 😊

Your better off going for a mega B complex as vitamins work better in combination, if your mega doseing you realy need to know what your doing as this can deplet other vit and minerals, i would go for a high dose of vit C with rosehip like 2000mg if your very unwell or have flu, then bring it back down always use b vitamins with this 50mg and 100mg both are ok to use holland and barrets are helpfull if you ask them, vitabiotics are realy good always does what it says on box. If you need any advice regarding nutrition and vitamins just give me a message. In my experience high doses of Vit C is the best treatment allong side the B vit, be carfull with the vit C at first build it up as you might have laxetive effect.

Hi Kathy thank you so much for replying.  This is what I take.  I am going thru fatigue right now and cutting down on coffee.  The only meds I take are vitamins for energy.   B6 usually 100 mg but mistakenly bought 250 mg by Jamieson brand, B12 1200 mg, multi vitamin, vitamin C, and drink an Ensure vitamin drink and then Caltrate that comes with vitamin D combined.  I use treadmill each day and gives energy too.  Waddiathink?  😃😃😃 xo

That sounds good if you are just normal tired type of fatigue usually because you have an underlying cause which needs looking at before you going down the road of nutrition, If you had ME you wouldnt normally feel energised after exercise, hope thats of help.:-)

Hello Kathy I have had blood tests, cardio gram, MRI, all that fun testing.   I had vertigo for 6 months so the B12 does help.  When I wake I can feel the wee waves of dizziness so I get up and take my B12 and B6.  I saw at the store B complex.  Should I see my GP before starting them?  I don't take other medications. We are kinda snowed in at the moment haha. Thank you dear! xo

Its safe to take all of these supplements but if you get a diagnosis you could go to a nutritionist so they can give you the right treatment, herbalists and nutritionist are very good at cureing some illness because they get to the roots of it and treat it, for example i had constant cystitis for 2 years GP keeped giving me antibiotics, i got advice from a nutritionist they cured my cystitis for good. Sometimes people get very tired and pain because they have candida, detox might get you better with a good diet massage and going out in the sun and walks where theres more oxygen, its that simple. ;-)

Hi dear. I bought the B Complex today and will see how it goes.  Should work great.  After 1 week I will know the difference?   I also bought vitamin C gummies again too which they say are as good as eating 10 tangerines.  I surely need a boost.  Thank you for helping me.  biggrin xo
