Baby with hypermobilty?

Posted , 2 users are following.

When I was pregnant my baby would crack sonloud that people could hear it and ask what was that noise. Fast forward to her birth dnd she cracks terribly now she here!

Her shoulders, elbows & wrists are awful. I think that’s what I could hear from the inside when she was head down.

I’m getting fobbed Off by doctors saying all babies are flexible! Anyone any advice or been through this? How can I get the docs to take me seriously? She’s 10 months now and obsessed with standing on tip toes! She’s also super wobbly when trying to stand

Thanks

Hi I had five healthy boys and two of them insisted on being ballerinas, neither walked unaided to 12 months both I was told where completely normal for them, both have grown into normal healthy adults, children do some strange things including one who would otch on his bottom, never crawled and never even tried just pulled himself up on the settee at about 11.5 months and then walked, your child is unique and so long as he has been checked and found ok please try not to worry, hypermobility is very noticeable there are a couple on here who have it maybe they will come on and give you advice regarding this,
