New to all this.Im 61 years old.Worn out construction worker.Sufferedd from a bad back for a good while.Fell down 13 stairs at new year 2014-15.A and had an Exray.Your fine.Pian got really bad.My new Gp refered me to a Physio and an Mri.The physio came before the Mri results. He was  an extremely rude and arrogant young man.Well as the body gets older it pericieves pain that is not actuall real.In other words it is in your imagination.I know have to see thev Phsio next week but have the Mri results. It reads, posterior disc that si in contact with the nerve.Diffuse disc bulge that is associated with facet degeneration.Vertebare are unremarkable. It hurts like hell and is not a phantom pain.If the Physio continues with his current atitude.Should i just say bno thanks as he has to many Freudian theories ,Its apin and it s quite real.

Suggestions are welcome.Im fed up with suffering fols that talk at you and not to you.

Thankyou

The complete benefits system is a sham.I have been on ESA since april 2014 .The judge deeemed me unfit full stop.Thats up for review in in april 2016

.If they deem me fit for work its back to signing on 3 times a week and listinenig to and going on mindless courses. While on chemo for a year Atos who have since been sacked seemed me fit despite colappsong in the street 3 times and rushed to A and E.Too ill to sign on and appealed after two yaers and won.No back payed benefits though.

Local Gps are not interested. If you are the wrong side of 50 you are just work to them.I have never been on benefits all my life.I now have to deal with people thats only objective is to make money from the govt  via agencys to help you back nto work. One less person on benefits looks good for there books.Try conatcting the apappeals courts direct.I had a very helpful clerk that talked me througfh what to do.Dont waist your time with Belfast etc. They are not interested at all.

The main thing is dont give up.And just hope things improve a bit.

I would like some sought of pain management but that is not on there do list either.Good luck Sir.
