Hey guys,

So I've wrote on here a couple times now and again I'm here for some reassurance/tips/anyone who can relate.

Basically 3 weeks ago roughly I had a blood tests done, a ECG and chest X-ray all came back completely clear. I had all this done because I was getting chest pains (ONCE AGAIN) & aching practically all over.

3 weeks on and every night my anxiety (well I'm guessing it's anxiety) strikes. I've been diagnosed with anxiety for almost 2 years now. Can anyone sympathise with dizzy feeling, tight chest & chest pain (directly over heart area), heart feeling like it's skipping a beat and I aches all down the left side of my body. Not everywhere, but mainly my shoulder, arm, wrist and leg. All muscles just feel weak. I can't seem to get a break. It's stressing me out.

Please tell me someone can sympathise.

Thanks a lot,

Daniel.

Yes me, I'm going through hell... I feel like I am having a 7 day long panic attack!

I have also had ECG's and chest examinations and all ok, I am awaiting a CT Head Scan thou next week which has been freaking out!

Today I have had my 3rd panic attack... it's like my body freezes, I start of feeling wobbly and breathless then I have to lay down until symptoms subside and only then can I go to the toilet (sorry TMI) make a cup of tea... etc.

I am feeling so weak with tremor I have now convinced myself it's something sinister ..

My weakness is also mainly on my left side and has been the case for weeks since undergoing tests.

3 Weeks ago I had to go to a Medical Emergency Unit as I was experiencing a suspected T.I.A .. Turns out it was a panic attack. However since then I can't get it hold of my mind.

Are you walking ok? If so that's a good sign... I am laying down I am that weak ..

I have heart health anxiety also.. Mine has been mostly daily for almost year, but I can have 4 or 5 good days in a row sometimes.. This panic attack issue has lasted 12 days now, daily chest pains and heartburn.. I had an echo and holter done in august, all clear.. Suddenly it isn't going away. Its driving me insane because now I'm of course wondering if something is wrong.

You'll find that it goes away if you don't think about it, but as soon as you even think of anything related to pain or anxiety, its back. Most annoying thing ever. I think the most annoying thing of this is that we can't understand how thoughts can cause physical pain, so we assume something has to be wrong. I see my therapist in an hour so I'm going to ask him exactly how it manifests into physical pain, because I just have a hard time believing the pains aren't real I guess. (i had a 24 your holter and when the results came back, the chest pains I complained about had nothing to do with my heart).

Sorry I sympasize although it seems all related to your Anxiety.

The problem you have is all the tests they have done and now you need to at least move on and try and understand where all your problems are coming from.

You need to understand the tests that have been performed are quite inclusive and you should be pleased on their result.

Your GP and Spcialists are in Partnership with you to give treatment and encourage you to be well. They have done that, trust them
