Back and chest pain normal post pe

I have been experiencing upper back pain. The pain hurts worse when I breathe in. The pain is so bad, I have to lay down and try to get relief. Is this normal? Some days the pain is worse in between my shoulder blades other days it is on my left blade. Also I still have chest pain and it radiates into my arm and shoulder. Any advice? Is it normal? I'm struggling at work because the pain is so bad. Help!!!

Anxiety and panic attacks can cause the symptoms. It has been since Oct 31 and I still get occasional chest pains but I also just gave up and decided to have faith in my Drs. I have heard from my contacts here that it is normal and I believe it's normal. The only thing fear was doing to me was making things worse. I just decided to take care of me and chill.

Just now I'm getting chest pain every day, do you take pain killers if so which ones help?

No pain killers just my baby aspirin a day and an alieve occasionally. I am on antidepressants and meds for anxiety. It doesn't hurt to come clean with the Dr and be truthful and get some help. They understand we get scared. It is a scary dignoses to have blood clots in our body. Call your Dr get some help they will understand!!
