Back and head pain, reflex?

hi

does anyone suffer bad back pain in mid back region and intermittant headaches with acid reflux the back pain is far more severe than the headaches.

    Yes I do Kate! If my acid is bad through the day I end up with a headache...and its more distinctive then other headaches.....and yes my back in the middle hurts too....but that is on the bad days

      thanks Cristie, can i ask of you are on any ppi, of so do you fine them any help?

      I used to use Prilosec....BUT....key is to change stuff in your diet

      Basically CRAP food

      Also if you are getting a lot of acid at night....buy a GERD pillow...you need to sleep a bit elevated
