Back and shoulder pain

've been having back pains for 1 and a half month now. Massage relieves it temporarily then it will be back again. By the way I work 8 hours a day in front of a computer for 8 years now so I'm thinking maybe it's because of poor posture. Usually it hurts in the morning specially if I overslept. When I wake up at around 10 in the morning. I take Aceclofenac and it really help, no more back pains. I take it only for 7 days, doctors rx. I was worried of the things that I read that you can't use it for a long period of time. No more back pains, but there's shoulder blade, shoulder left leg, right feet and arms pain. I don't know why I have so many pains and fatigue. Then this morning, I sleep with face facing the bed and woke up with pain on the area of my body that's been facing the bed (shoulders and rib cage) does anyone here experienced the same feeling as mine? What kind of doctor should I see? Thanks

I suspect that the leg pain is nerve pain that's radiating down your leg. It is not all that uncommon for a person with back or hip pain to get the nerve pain down the leg. A lot of people call it sciatica but sometimes it's not the sciatic nerve it could be another nerve that's being pinched. I'm not at all familiar with the medication you've taken but there are a multitude of other pain meds out there and they aren't necessarily opiate either. Gabapentin or Lyrica each work for the nerve pain. I don't know what country you live in so I don't know what might be available to you except for the US which is where I live. Typically doctors recommend NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen. Both of those reduce the inflammation which then in turn reduces to pain because inflammation equals pain. It's very common to be the sorest in the morning and even have the pain disappear like you a few hours after you wake up.. you don't mention that anyone's ever done any Imaging on your hips or your shoulder. Your problem could be rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can be in any joint and is typically worse in morning then after you get moving it settles down. At least in the early stages. Other than that without knowing your age or sex it's kind of difficult to come up with anything more specific. For other people's comments you might post that information in your question.
