hi. ladies
my back is really sore and stiffness is any of you ladies have this problem going through menopause and any other symptoms like shortness of breath, ringing in the ears stomach issues like bloating, appetite problem and weight problems. please ladies help me out here. I see my doctor again on the 30 of this month.

for the first time I'm experiencing back pain. It happened on Friday as I came out of the shower I bent over and struggled to breath with pain as I tried to straighten my posture! its on my upper back right handside. I couldn't sleep on it my muscle is swollen and only last night I could but still pain but no as bad as Friday night! I was in agony I was having cold and hot sweats with the pain to the point I was going to pass out!
it's went I sit I feel the impact the most so sore! I only saw the dr last week about my ongoing stomach issues.
I won't take painkillers due to my acid reflux and bloating.
I cont take the back ache 😩 I've got a hot water bottle on it
