Back from holiday

So we went to Florida for two weeks at the end of August - was very good while I was there - had a couple of treat meals but on the whole didn't go mad  - the results speak for themselves.

Went to get weighed on Thursday and had lost 5 1/2 lbs, bringing me up to 24 1/2 lbs in 10 weeks which I'm more than happy with😃

justneed to to keep the motivation going now I'm back home!

Hello there, well done, I know how you feel I have just come back from a week holiday in Cornwall and very pleased to have only put on 3lbs. We did do so much walking and I didn't take the pills everyday, especially when fish and chips were involved lol! Getting on it again tomorrow and very excited about the next weigh in in two weeks.:-)

That's fantastic I'm hoping to be going away for a week at the end of October I will still be taking the tablets and hoping I can stick to the diet I find that usually foods are fresher and more fruits and salads around abroad so I'm hoping I'll be ok. Shazzbat I don't think I couldn't resist fish and chips either especially not at the coast!!

Thanks cee jay - think a lot of damage limitation helped! I also didn't want to make a big issue of it in front of the whole family so thankfully my sister was fairly discreet. Good luck in October if you go away - I found with the heat I was less hunger too x
