Ooh!  I know exactly what you are going through.  I would guess every body is different but, I went through this and it's very excruciating pain and nothing helped me for a long time but finally vicadin helped my pain.  It didn't take it all away but, it helped a whole lot.  All I can tell you is to relax and let it take it's course because you cannot control it but, you can control some of the pain with vicadin if your body can take them but, please get them prescribed because they may not be for your system.  The medicines you have were like taking an aspirin that doesnt work.  Buldge Disks, herniation and sciatica is no joke.  It is very painful and the pain can shoot down at any given moment if you make the wrong move and sometimes you dont have to move; it does what it wants.  It was years ago when it first started and it never really left.  But, my hip has gone through some trauma and possibly my back again because my sciatica has flared back up and I know what it is.  Once you get that; you will never forget that.  It's pain you never want to feel and I know you know and it is good to know someone believes you because people think youre acting and this is no joke.  Good luck in your recovery.

Hey Wayne, I spoke to you before and if I were you I would stop taking injections and get some vicadin if your system can stand it but, ask the doctor for them and see if its good for you.  I was in your situation and I pray every day that it wont happen to me again but, unfortunately my sciatica has come back due to twisting my hip and back in this past accident I had.  Did you inform your job about this?  You should read up/pull up on the internet about injections because they deteriate the bones and then you will have another problem and surgery may be your only help then; so watch out with those injections.  I remember how a bulgded and herniated disc feels and waking up unable to move because they told me that I would paralyze but, by the graces of god I didnt.  Dont give up on yourself because you sound like you are depressed and being in this condition can do that but, ask yourself;  Do I want to be like this forever, NO; so dont give up.  Go to church if you can move that day or get your medicine and take it and get as comfortable as possible at home and watch your movies and go to therapy and do the best you can to get better but, I advise you try what they give you and if its too difficult dont do it.  Only you know what your body can stand (which is not much at all);  Remember this though; Its always pain before gain and its going to be painful to get better but, if youre a strong willed man;  You will make it and it will be a start to recovery.  Dont give up and if you need someone to talk with about it Im on line right here.  Im not always on the computer but, Im going through a head trauma and it feels good to be useful and Im sure you feel that way too.  Maybe this is a way to keep depression down because everyone needs to have someone to talk to that may understand you.  Good luck in your recovery but, take it easy because I have enough agony going on in my head with pain and confusion after getting hit in the head with a hard object you didnt know was coming so Im trying to keep sciatica down; but, happy to be alive and you be thankful that youre alive so you can beat this pain because you can.  Believe that it will go away one day and it will.
