Back numbness

So I have a really bad posture and I started doing posture exercises (without weights). I’ve been doing them for more than a month now but for the past week or so I’ve noticed some sort of numbness in my mid back sometimes upper back as well especially when I bend a bit and I’m not sure if I should go to the doctors about it. The exercises give me a bit of pain as well right after doing them and overall my posture is a bit better. Should I stop doing them for now or take a break? Been doing them everyday. I can post pics of the exercises if needed.
