Back of my mouth doesn’t look right ever since I had strep throat four months ago

I had strep throat four months ago and I went to the doctors they gave me antibiotics and this is what my back of my mouth has locked ever since then and I’m been very concerned because it doesn’t look normal and some days it does give me a tiny bit discomfort when it is irritated from my days where I’m like coughing a bit more than others.imageimageimage
