Since I already have oral HPV (yes I know unfortunate but am on medication) are these bumps and swollen gland related to it or something else? Help please!!

Hi, how do you know you have oral HPV? I thought there is no test for that. My throat looks the same and also have these bumps but I am not sure what is causing it. It might be related to acid regurgitation too.
