Back of (upper leg) tingling: The "prodromal phase"

So I fooled around (felacio) with a woman that is postiive for HSV 2, also enaged in condom (protected) intercourse. ...
I showed the intial symptoms of fever and rashes, never had an outbreak, not on my gentials, but I do get some very redish rash (exzema) near my nostrils, on my cheeks. I usally scratch them and they get all liquidy and crusty, I did try to get one swambed once, but I think it was a bit too late, since it was already healing. and it came back negative for HSV... these rashes barely last 24 hours and my face clears up.
2 months later contracting HSV.... I went for a blood test for type, it came back HSV-1... but for months now I have a constant tingling from my buttock to the back of my knee on the back of my upper leg. I understand that this is the "perdominal phase" but I never had gential outbreaks yet, it has been six months. ny testicles are always 'warm' in tempreature and are quite red, the redness never goes away. After shoign it to many doctors and Sex health nurses, they all brushed it off as nothing, some said it could be "yeast infection"
Anyway now that it has been 6 months, I finally went for my second type test, I am still waiting anctiously, should be ready in less than a week.
Should I expcect HSV-2 psotive since I get the constant tinglling on the back of my legs?
I read that only HSV-2 casues "prodromal phase" of tingling on the back of the legs... (ie: Not oral herpes HSV-1) Also can you just "suffer" through this prodromal phase for months without an outbreak? or the outbreak shuold follow very soon after the perdormal phase tingling?
Thanks in adnavce for your answeres

Remember my first test was done barely two months into being intimate with her, and at that time I probably had intercourse and mutual oral with her only a few times.

If she only has HSV-2 and you have HSV-1, then you got Type 1 from somebody else before her. Type 2 rarely infects the oral region. The sex you had was always protected and she was on meds essentially the whole time, so the odds of transmission should be low. You would also normally expect a first outbreak within a week of infection. How long was it until you noticed the leg tingling?

Just a few days ago when I went for my blood test I also talked throughly (an hour) about my situation with a sex health nurse. She said "you could also may have a mild case of scabies" I think it could also be syphilis. I am in desperate need of seeing a proper dermatologist. My Gp totally ignored my request for him to refer me to one.
Even if I could get another doctor to refer one for me: It also takes a month or so in my country to see a dermatologist.
Also, the fact that my testicles are always (constantly) being red and warm is another cause for concern to me that no nurse or GP has cared to look further into.
