back pain

been wake while feels like my back on fire bum about to full out and so pain in the hip i went yesterday i went shopping only need couple things but had to stop wiggle my back hip as felt it was locked and also it feels like dull ache in my foot and like electric shocks in my foot my back just aches all the time pain just get you down all the time

    Sounds as if you definitely have a trapped nerve somewhere.  You really should pay another visit to your GP with these symptoms.

    I wouldn’t wait there weeks I would go you your GP and say you need something to manage the pain until you see the consultant as you need to be able to move around.

    Sounds like nerve damage of some kind.  Sciatica perhaps?  Maybe your doctor can prescribe physical therapy.

      i have 7 months of physhio and still no change

    Yes, I had three months worth physio without the slightest difference.  Only the MRI scan will show what your problem is and the consultant will likely recommend this for you.  Until then, just keep on with the painkillers......
