back pain

I know keep going on but it i have had all the test i had a test last week for nerve conduction and evoked potential consultant was looking for MS i am sick of being in so much pain all the time from my bum to feet just aches all the time can't sleep have to get up turn over in the middle of night i have lost weight to see if would help but i am still in terrible pain got like electric shocks in my feet all the time i have to keep taking pain killers i can not  or bend these days sick of being in pain when i do house work and my hand is causing grief have bony lumps come on my fingers so hard to grab anything and dropping stuff too why this happening to me seems to be all on my right side.spoke secretary yesterday had my test results but wait for  letter take months and she the won who told me ring back;anyone got any ideas
