Back pain

hi, ladies

Does any of you ladies have bad back pain like something is righting in your back. Going through this menopause change than feel like you have to take deep breath.

      yes, I have terrible back aches, lower and upper , both ! sometimes its lower back and other time it is upper back.

    hi edith ive had an achy lower back for months now but the last few weeks has turned really quite painful pretty much constantly sitting standing walking, my doctor thinks it tension even tried a muscle relaxing drug which hadnt even touched the pain. been doing back exercises and yoga which i think makes it worse! sometimes its like a burning/stinging & goes into my hips pelvis its an awful exhausting time of our lives x
