i'm wondering if anyone else suffers from pain in between their shoulders blades as a result of reflux along with a light burning sensation in your stomach ? - also are peoples symptoms intermittent ?
i guess this is due to certain triggers foods starting it off and i am learning quick about those and cutting them out - i have cut out all beers, ciders and wheat and this has certainly helped.

i have been experiencing this too, almost like a burning in the upper back sometimes on thr left or right shoulder blade but often in the middle. i am currently taking lansoprazle for acid reflux but still have some symptoms 3 weeks in. hoping to figure out which foods dont work- chocolate is off tbe menu and alcohol at the moment 😕
