Back pain after myomectomy surgery and bloating

Hi, I had myomectomy surgery in September 2020, I didn't bleed during the process. I have been able to walk and move around. I have also changed my diet been very mindful of what I eat etc. However last month I started to feel back pain I used to feel before the surgery , bloating and sharp stabbing pain on my right side of abdomen.

I have not yet had any check up due to the current pandemic. I started Loosing weight but looks like I'm putting it back on again. I am getting worried, during the surgery they removed 6 fibroids but one small one was left it was not removed. I am still at home not gone back to work. As anyone experienced what I am going through.
