Back pain and bowel issues/stomach pain

To start, I am a 25 year old male 5'9" 165 pounds. About a month ago I began having thin loose stools off and on a couple times a week.

Now, for about the last 2 weeks I've been having back pain and pressure through my mid section and a general feeling of discomfort in my abdomen. The thin stools are still occurring and the back pain is driving my crazy. It has mostly been on my left side and feels like pressure with pain as well. Does anyone know what this might be?
