Back pain and feeling bloated

Hi Iam a 36 year old male and have been suffering with

A dull ache around my kidneys.

Which is more prominent in the morning when I wake.

I also have the feeling of bloating when I wake but my stomach does not hurt to push and does not feel like trapped wind.

Even drinking water can make my stomach feel like it's ready to pop and I have had spells of feeling sick.

I have been feeling tired also.

This has gone on for at least 6 weeks now

During this time I have been to the Gp and had her check over my tummy.

A urine test

And a blood test that checked for about 8 different things.

All came back clear.

I am seeing my Gp again tomorrow

And was wondering if there is anything I should be asking her to check or another test to go for?

On the off chance that your gas and bloating happen principally in the wake of consuming dairy items, it might be on account of your body isn’t ready to separate the sugar (lactose) in dairy sustenance.

You could ask for an abdominal ultrasound.  Were any tests done for h pylori and parasites?  Has IBS been mentioned?  Try keeping a food diary for food intolerances.

Hi Philipa thank you for the reply

Yes H pylori was on the blood test form.

And I had a urine test and that was clear for bacteria.

      I was thinking IBS.

I will start to keep a food diary.

      Regards

      Gary
