Back pain and Frequent Urination (little)

I have been having back pain which is dull and frequency urination with little urine flow (burning when urinate), my doc prescribed me antibiotics which helps me with painful/burning urination, 50% of backpain relief however couldn't get rid of frequent urination. My antibiotic course is still on-going. Back feel full/dull/ache like my back want to go urine and when i go urine it's less amount (pale yellow color). I have diabetes and unsure how long this episode will continue. Checking ultrasound/urine culture tmr, not sure if that helps.
