Back pain and tingling

hi guys

just looking for some help really. ive been having back and chest pain as well as breathlessness for a few months now. i have had blood tests ecg and chest xray all ok. I am seeing a physio who is sayung my soratic spine is very stiff.

since he has worked on me i am having tinglng in my fingers. tingling in the top if my spine and my arm feels weak can any1 advise what this could be please.

every time i ask about a scan he just says its not something which is usually done xxx
