Back pain. Doctors refuse to look into a sausage shaped pancreas. Ive been hurting gor a while.

My simptoms are yellow stools and lots of back pain. Lower back, spine. Dry mouth, my nails have vertical ridges and my teeth are slowly decaying. The back pain comes after eating. I am a male 106 110 pounds at best. My ct scan showed my gastro a sausage shaped pancreas. she ordered igg4 tests that where negative. I understand Type 2 very very rare. My gp refused today to send me to a pancreas specialist. Says my pancreas is fine despite my gastros findings. Swollen, loss of lobules. Today i got pushed to sleep aids and antidepressants. It does not feel right. I am afraid antidepressants will mask the pain. Any advice would be greatly
