Back pain from an upperdermel went wrong,what can ease the back pain

I need healing of my back pain whenever I do little cleaning my back hurts. What works to heal your back from an upper dermal gone wrong. The Anastiena doctor poked me in the back 4 time while his hands were shaking(he has tremors the nurse told me) then I needed a blood patch,this happen 1/2016 .I never was the same again.😞😭. Any advice /treatments on my back pains from this malpractice. Please need help.Have a family of 07 to care for and need a good ,easy job for my back pain ☹😢. Thank you for your time and concerns.
