Back pain lower for over 4 months Help Please

Hi All,

?I'm currently having lots of issues with my lower back constantly aching, I'm 32 average body, pretty active well trying to stay active when the back allows, none smoker.

?So this started around Xmas time, just woke up one day and my back was aching, thought nothing of it and it has gradually started getting worse, the pain got worse and both my calf muscles really ache as well now constantly with the odd twitching in both legs, don't no if this is to do with my back ?? feeling tired and drained at times as well.

?I have been to the doctors and had numerous bloods done, they all come back ok no issues, so i seen a physio which as not helped at all, if not making it aggravated if you get me, so I went and paid for an MRI scan on my lumber and spine to see if this would get to the bottom of the problem, but that has come back all fine as well, so now I am really worrying what to do next because the doctor is lost & not really being a great help.......tried all the standard tablets paracetamol, ibroburofen, tramadol, even gave me vimovo ?? has anyone tried these before ??

?hope this makes sense.......not the greatest at writing but any options what to do next would be massively appreciated

Have you asked your doctor do you have fibromyalgia?  Mine started I. My back then shoulders elbows and knees I would ask him and see if you can get a referral to see a Rheumatologist they can help diagnose you if you have it or not in your blood tests did it come back with high inflammation?  Good luck definitely to push for more answers ❤️❤️

Hey Donna, no I have not said to my doctor about the possibility of Fibromyalgia, but that's a good call to see a Rheumatologist !!! I will look into seeing one definitely, need to try and get to the bottom of my problem sooner rather than later, because its starting to effect my job, I'm a chef so on my feet all day which does not help the cause, nope my C Reactive Protein in my blood was 1.46mg/L so don't think that's very high ?? well the doctor said my bloods have been fine 3 times, but still my lower back aches all day sad yeah defiantly not going to give up, think its some muscular problem, thanks for the reply Donna smile
