I've had crohn's since I was 19 but probably had it since birth but I've never been on any medication for it, it's active and I am going again for the camera in May, my feet ankles and back are really playing up.

Do you have Crohns related arthritis? I have and the back pain can be awful, I take co-dydramol and that helps a little. I used to take tramadol but that made me sick so I had to stop taking it.

I don't actually know what I've got lately it's one thing after the other but I suppose it doesn't help getting older as well, my foot is killing me.

    Hi SandraR69

I was diagnosed with Crohns in 2010, been on several medications and for the past 2 years have been receiving Infliximab infusion to start with every 8 weeks now every 10 weeks. Have just had my latest infusion but have been suffering a flare up since beginning of New Year, for the past 2 weeks my back has been really sore right across the bottom, I take tramadol which really helps especially with the Crohns and as I care for my disabled husband the tablets help me get on with things, not sure if backache is due to Crohns but I am giving it another 2 weeks then going to see my doctor if no better. As if having Crohns is not bad enough the other pains you get drive me mad. Hope your pain eases soon.
