Back pain with drinking one glass of wine

I don't drink much at all, practically never, and had one glass of wine and about an hour later I has a sharp back pain and strange stomach pain I've never felt before. I've had the back pain before after drinking a little, it doesn't happen all the time after drinking but usually it does. I've never had the stomach pain with it, it was less than 5 minutes. I've also been very tired lately and my lymph nodes in groin and armpits are swollen, I was told it's from shaving (never happened before) and my tonsils are huge- was told that could be allergies. Not sure if any of those things are related!

Most likely allergies...stay off wine and I would advice you to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and further diagnosis and treatment.

Yes it could be allergies but as your lymph nodes everywhere are swollen and your tonsils are huge you need to go back to your doctor. Thats unlikely to be caused by shaving. If you begin to feel very unwell you must see your doctor.
