Back passage leakage -

I really need some help with an ongoing issue that I have and not sure the right forum.

I had really bad trauma to my back passage when I was 17, didn't go to the hospital, this still haunts me to this day, my back passage hasnt been the same since.

Every time I need to toilet, I start to leak, the more I feel I need to toilet, the more I leak.

Can anyone please tell me what is happening and if you have seen anything like this before?
