Back to normal AST and ALT levels after 2 months HELP!!!!!!!

Hi guys one night i was drinking i had about 6 beers i went to hospital because i had a headach that wouldnt go away they checked my blood and told me i had high liver enzymes i had my AST level at 332 and my ALT at 141 so i stopped drinking and started eating healthier and after 2 months it went back to normal and hasnt gone up its been 2 months since does that mean i am ok i am very worried please help could the numbers been so high beacause i had alcohol in my system at the time i went to hospital please help very stressed out about situation... AND IVE NEVER BEEN AN ALCOHOLIC I JUST DRIKED ABOUT 2-3 BEERS A DAY ONLY HEAVY ON WEEKENDS

    Hi luis, this post was a year old but just wondering how does your AST and ALT level now? During that time that you had tested has your stools kinda like yellowish? I’ve been diagnosed of Gallstone last October. A reply we be appreciated

    Thanks for sharing your experience Sir. Am currently got my ALT and AST more than the normal number and doctor advised me to stop alcohol and change my eating habit and life styles. I will check doctor after 3 months. Hopefully through Gods Grace I should be back to normal. Can you tell me how you go about your situation within 2 months and back to normal please.
