Back to square one 😂

I’ve been on a therapeutic dose 50mg of Sertraline for many years with much success, until 7 weeks ago. I had a panic attack and my anxiety rocketed through the roof. My doctor up the dose to 100mg and I got all the horrid side effects for 4 weeks then upped the dose to 125mg and finally I saw some progress after a week. My doctor then upped the dose to 150mg which I’ve done slowly over the last 10 days and bam I feel like I’m back to square one, I can’t eat or sleep again and  the anxiety and horrid thoughts are back. I don’t no whether to stick it out or go back to 125mg. Please can you give me some advice as this forum and lovely people on here have been a saviour this last month xx

I'm not a doctor but it sounds like he upped ur dose too fast. You r probably having side effects every time u upped the dose. I'm on 50 and i probably will up it this month but only too 75. I would again talk to your doctor or find another one that will listen to ur concerns. You r your best advocate. Write it all down and bring it to him.😎
