Back to square one...

After a great week, had a panic attack last night out of no where. Tried not to worry about it too much, took zopiclone but kept waking up throughout the night feeling awful. And feeling really bad today, can’t eat and I feel like I need to throw up. Basically how I felt a month ago.

I’ve been on the 40mg for four weeks now, and was starting to improve two weeks in. Same thing happened when I increased to 30mg from 20mg. Started feeling good a few weeks in, then after five weeks had a random panic attack and set everything back.

I’m going to try and not stress out about it so much this time. Went a full week without taking anything for sleep, but I guess I’ll just go back to taking either zopiclone or Ativan before bed in the meantime and pray this passes.

I’ve been on 20mg for four years and been up to 30mg multiple times throughout the years, but always went back down to 20 eventually.

I started getting bad again in October. Increased to 30mg and started feeling better about a week or two in, then after five weeks had a random panic attack one night and got really bad. Doctor decided to try 40mg. Was on them for two weeks and ready to give up on them when I started to come around. The last week been really good, but this happened last night and I feel awful again.

I only had to increase to 30mg twice before this. After 7 months on 20mg for the first time, I upped to 30mg for 6 months. Felt a little flat on them so went back down to 20mg for almost a year, then tried to quit altogether which was a huge mistake and end up going up to 30mg for a few months until things settled and went back down to 20. Was on 20 since March this year, doing fine then in October got hit with anxiety very hard and had to increase once again.

I'm not going up and down in doses in a matter of weeks, usually within a few months if I feel worse on a higher/lower dose.
